Although Recruiters at the Curare Group come from a broad background, typically all have a background or interest in sales, or sales psychology as well as advertising, marketing, business negotiation and human psychology. Our recruiters become adept at conducting interviews with physicians searching for new practice opportunities and with employers interested in recruiting new healthcare providers. Curare Group recruiters use market knowledge to provide consultative feedback to physicians and employers and bring both parties together to facilitate contract negotiations. During contract negotiations, our recruiters take on the role of arbiter and sounding board. Our goal is to find the right job for the doctor and the right doctor for the job.
This position requires a person to be comfortable and patient while dealing with a range of business executives and medical professionals. Those interested in this very lucrative profession should be articulate, driven and experienced with basic business computer programs.
